Hedge Equity, LLC was formed to invest in the emerging market of safe and stable communities. We provide opportunities for children  and their families to move to areas where there are jobs, education, and safe environments.

We work in local communities that have been impacted by the once in a lifetime opportunities that the “Great Recession” has created in the Real Property Asset class.  We provide the resources to achieve a higher quality of life to prospective families. We are interested in revitalizing micro economic markets that were at one time solid middle income areas. Our metrics for determining the higher quality of life are the availability of jobs, quality day care, and educational opportunities.

These safe family environments will be selected on the value that they generate to the investor and the families that live there.

We have been acquiring assets at great prices well below the current market value with little additional capital expenditure and overhead. Our main objective is to make an above average return on investment and pay a preferred rate of return to Capital Investors.

The principals each have 30+ years of experience in the buying, renovating, renting, and profitable liquidation of real property. The principals are looking to expand their business in a once in a lifetime way, while giving an above average return to their capital investors and creating solid, secured investments.
